Yes. Our electrical work is carried out by NICEIC registered electricians and all gas work by Gas Safe registered engineers. We hold public liability insurance. Certificates are only legally valid when issued by a registered person, so this matters.

We fix it. Any remedial work is carried out in house by our own accredited trades and the certificate is re-issued once the work is signed off. You do not need to find a second contractor.
