Our electricians are NICEIC registered, so the work is done to standard and any certificate we issue is legally valid. Rewires, consumer units, fault finding, EV chargers and lighting, for homes, landlords and commercial property.
Electrical work is not a place to take chances. Bad wiring is a fire risk, and an electrical certificate signed by someone unregistered is worthless. Our electricians are NICEIC registered and carry identification on every job.

What we do
- Rewires. Full or partial, for older properties and renovations.
- Fuse board and consumer unit upgrades. Bringing older boards up to current standards.
- Fault finding. Tripping circuits, dead sockets, intermittent faults. We trace the cause rather than guess.
- EV charger installation. Home and workplace, including the supply work.
- Lighting. Indoor, outdoor and commercial.
- Remedial work. Putting right whatever an inspection finds.
Electrical safety certificates
If you rent out property you will need an EICR (electrical installation condition report). We inspect, issue the report, and if anything needs doing our own electricians handle it. The certificate is then re-issued. Landlords booking more than one certificate should look at the landlord compliance package.

We explain what was found in plain English, quote for the remedial work, and carry it out in house. Once the work is signed off, the certificate is re-issued.
