Our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered. Boiler installation, boiler repair and servicing, central heating and power flushing, for homes, landlords and commercial property.
Gas work is regulated for a reason. Only a Gas Safe registered engineer may legally work on gas appliances, and only a registered engineer can issue a valid gas safety certificate. Ours are registered and carry their identification on every job.

What we do
- Boiler installation. New boilers supplied and fitted, with honest advice on whether replacing beats repairing.
- Boiler repair and servicing. Breakdowns diagnosed and fixed, plus annual servicing to keep the boiler safe and efficient.
- Central heating. Radiators, pumps, valves, thermostats and full system installation.
- Power flushing. Clearing sludge from the system when radiators run cold or the boiler is noisy.
Gas safety certificates
If you rent out a property with gas appliances, you will need a gas safety certificate. We inspect the appliances, issue the certificate, and if something fails our own engineers repair it and re-issue. Landlords needing more than one certificate should look at the landlord compliance package.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. It is a legal requirement, and a gas safety certificate is only valid when issued by a registered engineer.
Yes. We install new boilers, repair breakdowns and carry out annual servicing. We will tell you honestly whether a boiler is worth repairing or is better replaced.
Yes. Our Gas Safe registered engineers issue gas safety certificates, often called a CP12. If an appliance fails, we can carry out the repair and re-issue the certificate.
Power flushing clears sludge and debris out of a central heating system. If your radiators are cold at the bottom, take a long time to heat up, or the boiler is noisy, a flush often fixes it.
Boiler breakdowns are treated as a priority, particularly with no heating or hot water. Call us with the property postcode and we will give you a realistic time, not an optimistic one.
