What the package typically includes
- EICR, issued by a NICEIC registered electrician
- Gas safety certificate, issued by a Gas Safe registered engineer
- EPC (energy performance certificate)
- PAT testing on portable appliances you supply
Not every property needs every certificate. If there is no gas supply, you do not pay for a gas certificate. We build the package around the property.

Renewal reminders
Certificates expire, and the expensive mistake is forgetting. We track your renewal dates and contact you before they lapse, so a tenancy never starts on an out of date certificate.
If something fails, we fix it
If the property does not pass, we fix it. Any remedial work is carried out in house by our own accredited trades, and the certificate is re-issued once the work is signed off. One company, one number, no chasing a second contractor.
This is the real advantage of using one company. Most inspectors hand you a failure and walk away. We employ the trades, so we quote, repair and re-issue.
