Painting and decorating
A painter and decorator is only as good as the preparation. We fill, sand and prime properly, then paint, so the finish lasts rather than peeling off in a year.
Most of decorating is not painting. It is filling, sanding, caulking and masking, and it is the part that separates a job that still looks good in five years from one that does not.

New plaster and fresh work
If the walls have just been skimmed, they need to dry and take a mist coat before any topcoat goes on. Our plasterers and decorators are in the same company, so the timing works out rather than one blaming the other.
Landlords and rentals
Between tenancies the clock is money. We work to a date, keep it tidy, and can pick up any compliance certificates due at the same time so the property is ready to let in one go.
