Tiling
A tiler is judged on straight lines and even grout, but the part that matters is underneath. Correct preparation and waterproofing is what stops a bathroom leaking into the ceiling below.
Tiling looks simple and is not. Level substrate, correct adhesive, proper waterproofing, and a layout planned so you do not end up with a sliver of tile in the most visible corner.
What we do
- Bathrooms and wet rooms. Including tanking and waterproofing before a single tile goes on.
- Kitchens. Splashbacks, walls and floors.
- Floor tiling. Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone, with the subfloor prepared first.
- Underfloor heating. Tiling over electric and water systems.
- Repairs and regrouting. Cracked tiles, failed grout and tired silicone.
Wet rooms and waterproofing
A wet room is only as good as the tanking underneath. Get that wrong and you find out about it through the ceiling downstairs. We waterproof properly, and because we employ plumbers too, the falls, the drainage and the tiling are designed together.
Tiles or flooring
Not every floor wants tiling. Tile is superb in bathrooms and kitchens and cold underfoot everywhere else. If you are unsure, look at our flooring options and we will give you an honest steer.

Sometimes. If the existing tiles are sound, flat and well bonded it can be done. If they are drummy or uneven, taking them off is the right answer and we will say so.
We can, or you can supply your own. Either is fine. We will tell you how much to order, including a sensible allowance for cuts and breakages.
