Roofing
Roofers get called when water is already inside. We trace the leak, repair the roof, and because we employ the other trades, we put the ceiling and the decorating right afterwards too.
By the time most people ring a roofer, there is a stain on the ceiling. The leak is rarely directly above it, which is why tracing the source matters more than slapping sealant on the nearest suspect tile.
What we do
- Roof repairs. Slipped and broken tiles, ridge and hip repairs, flashing and valleys.
- Flat roofing. New flat roofs and repairs to failed coverings.
- Guttering. Clearing, repairing, replacing and realigning, plus fascias and soffits.
- Full replacement. Where a roof is past repairing, we will tell you plainly.
- Leak tracing. Finding where the water actually gets in.
Gutters cause more damage than roofs
Blocked and leaking gutters soak the wall, and a wet wall eventually becomes an interior damp problem. It is a cheap job that prevents an expensive one. Our pressure washing team can clear gutters and clean render at the same visit.
Putting the inside right
Once the roof is watertight there is usually a stained ceiling and blown plaster. Our plasterers and decorators finish the job, so you are not hunting for a second contractor to repair the damage.
